The hotel is modern and clean, well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The exception are lifeguards at the beach. The rules of the hotel: guests are allowed to use the swimming pools and beach (as it is owned by hotel) only from 6 am to 6 pm. When I tried to swim after 6 pm even it was not dark and no waves, the life guards yelled, whistled and used sirena. We did not drink, good swimmers and careful. Very unpleasant experience: first time in our many trips that we were not allowed to use beach and pools after 6 pm.
The question is: what to do in their hotel after 6 pm considering that the hotel is located 40 min drive to city?
Their entertainment in the evening was also poor.
The food in the buffet was not great. Even the hotel is "all included", the restaurant was not included. guests need to pay extra. The hours of buffet operation were limited: no food after 8:30 pm.
Conclusion: the price (more than 1600 CAD for 8 nights) did not match the quality of the service.

Our stay at this resort room 2601
was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with outstanding hospitality and exceptional service. The resort is beautiful, very clean, and offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that made our family vacation truly special.
I would like to give a special thank you to Song Huong for her kindness, professionalism, and dedication. She took wonderful care of my family throughout our stay and made us feel genuinely valued and cared for. Her attention to detail and warm personality made a big difference and created a memorable experience for us.
The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Everything was well maintained, and the resort provided the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time with family.
Thank you to everyone at the resort for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning in the future.

"I traveled with 3 children. We booked the connecting rooms condo (1101 & 1102). It had a washer (1101), and stove top and kitchen sink with cabinets (1102). Each with its own bathroom and fridge, bigger fridge with freezer (1101). Beautiful view from the balconies. 1 big bed and 1 sofa bed (1101) ..."
